All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail for fast, reliable service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm) – £9.95 (available at checkout)

Dispatch and tracking:
Orders placed before 4pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Saturday orders placed before midday are also dispatched same day.
We deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, with final delivery handled by your local postal service.

We offer full refunds to your original payment method.

We want your return to be simple. Use our pre-paid Royal Mail label to drop your parcel at any Royal Mail location or book a home collection.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please keep proof of postage. Royal Mail Tracked 48 includes £150 cover; for higher-value items, use Special Delivery.

Package items securely and include your returns form or order number inside to avoid delays.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your name, address, order number, and a brief description (photos help). We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

We can’t accept returns without tags, with signs of wear, or damaged by washing or ironing.

Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, get in touch. We’ll investigate with Royal Mail using GPS delivery data. If GPS confirms delivery to your address, we’ll need a signed declaration and a crime reference number to open a case.
