Returns

We want returning an order to be as straightforward as possible. Use our prepaid Royal Mail label to drop your parcel at any Royal Mail location, or book a home collection at a time that suits you.

Please keep your proof of postage — the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Royal Mail Tracked 48 includes up to £150 cover. For higher-value items, we recommend upgrading to Special Delivery.

Make sure items are packaged securely and include your returns form or order number inside to avoid any delays in processing.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. Include your name, address, order number, and a brief description of the issue — photos are helpful where possible. We'll arrange a replacement, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.


Please Note

We're unable to accept returns on items that have had their tags removed, show signs of wear, or have been damaged through washing or ironing.


Undelivered Parcels

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, get in touch and we'll investigate with Royal Mail using their GPS delivery data. If delivery to your address is confirmed, we'll ask for a signed declaration and a crime reference number in order to take the matter further.
