We offer pre-paid Royal Mail return labels for a simple and convenient process. You can either drop your parcel at any Royal Mail location or arrange a home collection.
Please note the following when returning your item:

A £3.50 fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our pre-paid return label.

Exchanges are free – there’s no charge for either the return or the outbound exchange shipment.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

In the rare case of a lost return, Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service provides compensation up to £150.

If you require additional insurance, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Items must be securely packaged — either in the original packaging or another suitable mailing bag.

Please include your returns form or order number inside the parcel to avoid delays.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, address, order number, and a brief description. Photos are helpful if the item is faulty.

We’ll aim to send a replacement or offer a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Items must be returned within 14 days.

Please note: we cannot accept returns for items without tags, that show signs of wear, or have been damaged due to washing or ironing.
Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us so we can begin an investigation with Royal Mail.

We can access GPS delivery data to verify the delivery location.

If GPS confirms delivery to your address, we’ll require:

A signed declaration form, and
-
A crime reference number from your local police.

We’ll open a case with Royal Mail and provide you with a reference number. Royal Mail and your local police may contact you directly to resolve the issue.
