Returns Policy

At Label Menswear, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer rights regulations. Please ensure that all swing tags remain attached to the item(s), as removal may affect your ability to return the product.

Returns Process:
- Simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, ensuring they are in their original condition with swing tags attached.
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size/colour, or provide a gift voucher, according to your preference.
- Please note that swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items not returned in their original packaging, smelling of fragrance or covered in hairs.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch, please email us as soon as possible.
- Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee in accordance with the Cancelling Goods Act.

Faulty Items:
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately, providing your name, address, details of the product, and photos.
- We will endeavour to replace the faulty product. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
- Please return the faulty item to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that items without tags, showing signs of wear or damage due to washing or ironing will not be accepted for return.

Incorrect Items:
- If the item you receive is not what you originally ordered, please contact us immediately, providing your name, address, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or provide a refund if preferred.

Undelivered Parcels:
- If your parcel is shown as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us to initiate an investigation with Royal Mail.
- We have access to GPS coordinates showing the exact delivery location, which helps in resolving delivery disputes.
- If the GPS indicates delivery to your address, we will require you to sign a legally binding declaration form and obtain a crime reference number from the police.
- We will open an investigation with Royal Mail and provide you with a reference number. Both the police and Royal Mail will liaise with you to resolve the dispute.
