Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every item we sell is 100% genuine and brand new with tags. We source exclusively from authorised retailers across Europe, where all of our brands are based.


Do your products come with Certilogo?

Yes. All Stone Island and C.P. Company items come with Certilogo intact. Many competitors remove Certilogo tags due to distribution restrictions — we're able to keep them because we work only with authorised European retailers.


Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days and provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Start a return here.


How fast is delivery?

UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail on a next-day tracked service. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are sent the same day. Full delivery details here.


How can I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer Klarna, Clearpay, and Shop Pay Instalments — all interest-free. Payment options here.


Are your prices below RRP?

Yes. We sell current-season stock at prices consistently below retail — no end-of-season sales required.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our UK distribution centre.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, with final delivery handled by your local postal service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at info@label-menswear.com immediately, as orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
