Dispatch & Tracking
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Saturday orders placed before midday are also dispatched the same day, and we deliver seven days a week, including Sundays.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, with delivery completed by your local postal service. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, from £9.95.

RETURNS
Every order may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start your return online in a few simple steps.
Extended Christmas Returns
Orders placed from 1 November 2026 may be returned until 11 January 2027, so gifts can be exchanged or returned after Christmas.
How to Return
Returns are made using a prepaid Royal Mail label. Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail location, or book a collection at a time that suits you.
Please retain your proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Royal Mail Tracked 48 includes cover up to £150; for higher-value items, we recommend Special Delivery.
Pack items securely and include your order number inside, so we can process your return without delay.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear or have been damaged through washing or ironing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at info@label-menswear.com with your name, order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful. We will arrange a replacement, or a full refund where a replacement is not available.
Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail using their GPS delivery data. Where delivery is confirmed, we will require a signed declaration and a crime reference number to take the matter further.
