Orders sent with STANDARD SHIPPING are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Orders sent with TRACKED NEXT DAY are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
This is a next day delivery service. We STRONGLY ADVISE you to use the Next Day service during the Christmas period as Royal Mail prioritise these over the standard parcels.
Please ensure the correct address is entered at checkout. We will not be responsible for parcels that go missing due to this.
Any parcels that go missing at fault of Royal Mail will either be sent a replacement or refunded in full.
