Label Menswear accepts returns & will issue a credit note to customers upon arrival. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving & be in the original condition with tags attached & bags intact.
We will not accept returns where goods are not packed in their original packaging as we cannot resell. Goods not in their original packaging will be returned at the customers expense.
Please ensure returns are folded neatly as they were upon arrival, with no hairs of smell of aftershave. Returns found in such condition will not be accepted.
We advise customers to return using a tracked service as we are not responsible for returned parcels that go missing.
We are happy to exchange orders when in stock.

We spend a lot of time writing exact measurements of each size to ensure the item you are ordering is right. If you would like further help with sizing then please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the event of a faulty or incorrect item being sent out we will immediately get the correct item sent out to you and cover the return postage costs.
If you make an order & ask us to cancel before being dispatched, you will be charged 10% of the order value, since we still incur card processing fees.
All orders are shipped using tracked & signed for services to avoid problematic situations occurring.
